Protecting your shoes
The Dapper Assembly has a range of products which can be used to help protect your shoes and leather from the elements.
Leather Protection
Saphir Medaille D'Or Oiled Leather Cream can be used provide deep conditioning and protection to oiled leather as well as Saphir Dubbin Graisse Conditioner, which is typically applied as a means to waterproof boots. Both of these creams can be rubbed into the leather with a cloth (such as Saphir Cotton Chamois Cloth).
Note a wax polish will also provide an element of water resistance to dress shoes as per Routine 3 - Performing a shoe shine.
Sole protection
Use Saphir Sole Guard to nourish, soften and waterproof your leather soles. This will slow down wear and tear rate of your shoe soles.
The best way to use the cream is to apply and gently rub it into the sole with a cloth (such as Saphir Cotton Chamois Cloth).
